Had my first appointment there today for a blood draw. The overall experience was fine, but the check-in process is NOT patient friendly. Let me explain. I have routine labs drawn semi-annually for some particular medication I take. Because of the risks, I must be monitored while taking it. But, this medication is not managed by my normal MD, thus I need to go to Quest. I was going to LabCorp, but my physician’s group transferred the service to Quest.
