It is very hard to talk to human being for scheduling or for check-in. Even when I call different locations I just got the same automated system encouraging me to do everything online. I finally get to an office and there was no clerk, I have to check myself in at these kiosks. I'm pretty tech savvy and the process was still frustrating.
