Drove in from SF for a 10:30 appointment, fasting, for an Oura panel. Got taken back 15-20 minutes after my appointment time. That part I could live with. The rest I couldn't. Check-in became a lecture about the shortened first name I go by versus my full legal name. Rather than just check my ID against the order, I was told to go email myself the order PDF, that it takes 30 minutes to come through, that I could wait outside, and that they see hundreds of patients so I should have thought of this ahead of time. Great location. Ease of parking. Friendly staff.
Don't leave the room after you checked in!! I had an appointment, checked in and asked for text notifications, and went to pee for 1-2 minutes.Apparently they called my name during that short window and never called my name a second time. There's no receptionist so I had to ask the techs while they called other patients a few times to see what's up. Ended up waiting about 40 mins before my blood was drawn. Staff are nice at least which is why I didn't leave a 1 star.
