I had a great experience at this Quest with an appointment (I’m not sure how it would be without one). I arrived early to check in and they were able to get me in a few minutes before my appointment time. The unstaffed waiting room and self service check in felt a bit unwelcoming, but once taken back to the clinic, the experience was comfortable and the phlebotomist I saw was friendly and did a great job.
Terrible on time performance and after checking in, they told me to return saying my appointment was within 10 minutes. Still waited over an hour. Why would they text me?
