I came here for my gestational diabetes glucose test and was required to wait for an hour after drinking the glucose solution. The waiting room was extremely cold, to the point that I was physically uncomfortable and unable to sit there for the full duration. When I informed the nurse about how cold it was, the response was dismissive. She simply said, “I know, it’s so cold,” and shut the door without offering any solution, a different waiting area—especially concerning since this was during pregnancy.
