Ran 30 minutes behind on a weekday afternoon, with an appointment. Specialist also entered my wrong insurance information leading to a sizeable billing issue.
The phlebotomist was terrible. She knew there was not enough blood in the vial. She should have drew more blood from a different vein, which resulted in a test not being able to be read. Also, the same test two different providers two different results. I placed a call regarding the issue, the supervisor was very unprofessional and ignorant. I will not use the Robinson Quest Diagnostic.
The phlebotomist was outgoing and fun. She did a great job.
