Most Quest labs are in network for Boeing, but this one in Glen Carbon is not. They charge you full price and do not tell you this up front. The bill is about 20 times higher.
This is the only Quest location I'll go to. I've had my blood drawn by Jacob and he is so gentle. If you need blood drawn but are afraid of needles, ask for Jacob!! He has great conversation and made me feel very comfortable. He deserves a raise!!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Maya. She is the absolute best. I have to get blood work a couple times a year. The past few times have been with Maya. She is so sweet and caring. I don't care for needles, but she always puts me at ease. We have great conversations and I always leave with a smile because she makes it so easy. Thank you Maya!!!
