Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful with a smile.
This place feels like its managed by AI. No one at lobby counter, you have to check in at their kiosk or by phone. Made appointment in advance, and ran 20 minutes late. I wasn't very impressed until we met Jake. Jake is the GOAT of drawing blood. Whatever he is getting paid, QUEST needs to pay him more. I am only coming here from this day forward. Well worth the wait.
I waited 10 minutes at the front desk area to speak to someone & no worker was anywhere to be found to speak to. Also tried to call them & none of the options it gives you connects you to a real person and two of the options led to an automated message saying the line had been disconnected.
