The mobile check in is glitchy and caused me to miss my appointment. What should have been 10 minutes turned into 90 minutes. The employees were great at helping get it all figured out but note to self...check in on the kiosk and don't trust that your mobile device checked you in properly.
Went as a walkin because I kept procrastinating scheduling an appt. Being poke is not a great pleasure of mine lol. Arrived 15 minutes before they opened. Yes they were busy but as a walkin only 20 minute wait. The young lady and I wish I had gotten her name was so kind and actually made me feel comfortable by hearing previous issues drawing blood from me. Great job young lady at this location!
My phlebotomist was very capable, polite and friendly.
Everything went according to schedule, with an online appointment, arrival check-in by phone, and waiting time was as expected, and the person who drew the sample was great.
