I had a very disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics. First, I went to the Downey location for the Paramount walk-in service. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. with my 74-year-old mother, who has dementia. By 2:45 p.m., she still had not been seen. She had been fasting the entire time, which made the situation even more concerning. During the wait, I asked several employees for updates and explained my mother's condition, but they were extremely rude and showed no empathy or concern. Great service for blood work . Tamalia is awesome you don't feel a thing and very gentle and courteous. Also Kahpul is excellent she has the tender touch.
