The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I understand healthcare processes can be frustrating but no need to intimidate and give clients rude attitudes.
Checking in is very easy, wait time is about 15 min with appointment, no appointment wait is about 90 min. Has few seats, many people have to wait standing or in the lobby outside.
