We walked in with no appointment hoping we would be seen since it does say walk ins are welcome. We waited over 2 hours and were sent home! They could have at least told us at the begining that we were not going to be seen, and to make it worse I was fasting!! Such a waste of time, never again will I return.
Quest staff have to change their attitude they treat people with no respect. Just because they had some other bad experience with other customers. We are not all the same they have to learn how to knowledge people we are not all the same.
I’ve been coming to the Quest Diagnostics location on Paramount Blvd in Downey for a while now and overall I’ve always had a good experience. The location is easy to get into and convenient, although parking can be a little difficult at times since it’s inside a shared medical building. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient, which honestly keeps me coming back to this location.
