Very clean organized and efficient.
I went to this location for a needed blood test. Lori, the woman who took the sample, was kind and efficient. I didn't even feel the needle go in which is always great.
Had to do some extensive panels here this morning and Jordan (I think that was her name, I hate that I can’t remember!!) was AN ANGEL. She had incredible demeanor, made me feel calm, worked through processing all the requests and made the draw super quick and easy - checking in to make sure I was doing okay. Honestly, 10/10 experience and I’m so grateful!
The three ladies working there today were nothing shy of amazing. My son passed out quite severely during a blood withdraw, and they were phenomenal in their response and helping him. They got paramedics there within two minutes and were just stellar. He is safe and sound.
Service once I was actually beyond the waiting room was very good. Did not like the cold feel of the waiting/check in area which is just 4 walls and two doors with locks on them. You made sure there is no way to see or speak to anyone. Couldn’t have felt more isolated, cold, and uncomfortable. Hate it
