I always schedule an appointment when I go to this place for lab work but seems like it doesn’t matter because they are always late. It’s always at least a 40 minute waiting time (passed your scheduled time) before they call you. The most surprising part is that some of the ones working there don’t care and just answer when asked “ yes we are running behind “ no apologies or empathy shown. So disappointing. Got in and out very quickly. The staff were efficient and nice.
Had an. 11 appointment for a blood draw. Arrived 15 minutes early. Waiting room was very full. 45 minutes later and 30 minutes past the appointment time still not being called. Seemed very short staffed. Finally had to c x l appointment. Very disappointing as was on a fast and several other protocols to have lab work done. Would not recommend this center
