From one phlebotomist to another, please keep up with your technique. Julie seemed nice (a little bossy tho) and totally missed my vein (which never happens), told her it goes diagonal & to pull the needle out a little, instead she went in straight & started fishing pushing the whole needle in, leaving my arm sore. Which is a no-no for me.
