They lost my blood or improperly ran the test. Either way, I have no results and since I live 2 hours away in the mountains that's another 5 hours of my life and more blood drawn due to incompetence. Other than that people there are really nice but this part is unacceptable. I'd rather take not-so-nice and competent instead.
Always quick and easy. I recommend scheduling an appointment. Staff are nice, friendly and experienced.
Easy online scheduling and check in. Phlebotomist did a great job. In and out quickly.
I had an 8:00 AM fasting appointment. Lab requisition sent weeks ago. The requisition was not there. That is not the issue. The phlebotomist was not helpful and made sure to let me know how inconvenient it was for her. Perhaps we could work together to get this done. I don’t mind calling my PCP to re request the requisition is resent. I mind the crappy attitude and unwillingness to help. It is as if I am being punished for the info not being there.
