Pesimo servicio! Mi cita era a las 11:30 am. Entre al parking del edificio a las 11:15 am (ver parking ticket adjunto) y el estacionamiento era un literalmente un caos!!! Me tomo 25 min aparcar el carro, por lo que llegue 10 minutos tarde y perdi mi turno! No habia nadie para ayudar en la recepcion, solo una maquina por lo que tuve que irme del lugar y encima tuve que pagar estacionamiento! Una verguenza!
Why accept walk ins on your iPad kiosk and advertise this on all your websites/applications, if you aren’t actually accepting walk ins? It’s impossible to get an appointment. Staff is very rude - especially the larger Hispanic woman. If you are understaffed, that is not the patients fault. You would think working in the medical field they would be more accommodating to patients. Do better, Quest!!!! Hire more employees if that is what you need. Being rude to patients is unacceptable.
Horrible customer service. Wait times are wayyyyyyy too long. Patients with open wound in waiting area with blood dripping on chair…disgusting, I will never go back.
They close at 3:30pm, not 4 like the website says. I came at 3:30, waited 30minutes, and was told at 4 that they cannot see me (although it let me check in). Had to pay for parking for no reason.
