I arrived early for my appointment and was the first person there when they opened. Despite that, Juana repeatedly took walk-ins who arrived after me, completely disregarding the fact that I had a scheduled appointment. I ended up waiting nearly two hours, while walk-ins were being seen within 10–20 minutes. Juana’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and showed a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. The Walk-in’s could have easily been the ones that had to wait longer to seen.
I had very comprehensive labs ordered (Including four, 24 hour at home urine tests), which the phlebotomist took the time to organize with numbering, color coding, and comprehensive instructions. Impressive, to say the least, and very helpful!!!
