Some of the folks there have been kind, so one star for that. However, I was just informed that they mislabeled/lost my sample and I need to come in again to provide another one. Really??? This isn't the first issue I've had either, as my last test they couldn't find my results for weeks either. These are time-sensitive operations you're handling here.
