I always have such a great experience when I come here. As long as you have an appointment, you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. Quest has done such a great job with their check-in process, it’s so quick and efficient. They are the chick FIL-a of labs!
I want to commend Ivon (at the 120th Street location) for her great expertise in taking my blood out. I hardly felt it! She was great!
Georgina has to be about one of the best phlebotomist I've had in my 42 years of life! So I love the new feature of signing in and being able to wait in the car. Then get a text to get back in just momnents before being called. So I received the message, sat down in the waiting room and literally withing 2 minutes i was called in.
