Horrible Manager , no customer service and rude they blame everything on the machine because they took a person and replaced with a computer
I don’t know why I need to register as walk-in, submit my name, phone, and insurance, and wait a long time only to drop off a sample. I was not the only one here with the same situation. No one to take care or speak to only check in machines. The place was full (as usual) so I need to wait all people before me only to drop off a sample that has all my info inside the envelope. They need to review this process but at the end they don’t care because we have to come here for necessity

All I needed to do was drop off a sample. What could have been done in 5 minutes took an hour. Apparently, there is no person to speak with at Quest; only kiosk machines are available. So I had a call to make an appointment, and the person I spoke with misspelled my name, so my name was never called. Another completely different-sounding name was called. Upon walking in, the first two staff members I spoke to were quite rude, which made for an unpleasant start. However, Patricia, the phlebotomist who attended me, was exceptionally kind, gentle, and efficient. Most nurses have trouble finding my vein, but she located it immediately and without any discomfort. Her professionalism and care truly stood out.
