My doctor sent a lab order in January. I get the services from an independently owned laboratory. In March, I had to get a pre-clearance for surgery, and my doctor sent them another order. The brainless employees there overlapped both orders and did every single possible bodywork. Guess what? I'm now fighting with them because my insurance, of course, doesn't want to cover it. Their customer service is awful. They told me I have to pay because I signed . SMH!
Terrible experience, submitted three fecal samples for my daughter on August 12, 2025, and they lost my daughters samples, my daughter has a very poor appetite and we suspect it's a bacteria, now we have to go elsewhere and do the entire process again, and wait another two weeks, instead of already having the results of the fecal samples and starting my daughter on antibiotic, they are very incompetent, and I am thinking of going after them legaly.
The atmosphere is great, it's clean it has 7 rooms to be able to call patients right away becsuse they have plenty of employees!!!!
