Tall african american phlebotomist (didnt know her name) did not even greet me or anyone when taking us in to draw labs. Only made me more nervous. Not welcoming at all. As a healthcare worker you need to make patients feel comfortable she looked like she didnt even wanna be there. Then she missed my vein and left my arm bruised. If shes drawing labs when you go, just go another day.
Worse place to find! You enter in through building through another office and then they have a little door that you have to go over to and there's a little tablet sitting on the counter way over there for you to sign for them good luck they have to deal with the rude gentleman at the counter telling you that he has nothing to do with them and to look over there in the wall where there's 20 other papers and you'll find something for quest good luck on the hunt.
