Using kiosks is challenging for elderly individuals and those who speak other languages. The lack of assistance makes it a significant issue. It's not a place I would like to visit, and I would especially not recommend it to elderly people.
Incompetent staff members who barely know English
Went in today 5/29 at 10:30am to one be attended by a rude phlebotomist name Berecia (spelling might be off). The 1st and only thing she said (no hi) was that I'm supposed to make an appointment next time. In surprise, I responded that the website says walk ins welcome and so does the sign on the door, at which point she tried to change it up and say that I could come in w/o an appointment but the average wait time is 3-5 hours. When the syringe did not extract blood, instead of taking out the needle and retrying, the technician wagged it around! Why are they hiring people who clearly have no training?
