Makes no sense to have to wait 2 plus hours on a Friday just for a drug screen. Was her the day before for the drug screen and it was pretty quick but they didn’t have my info so had to come back today so I can apparently spend my whole day waiting

I had an appointment today at 1:00pm, got here 5 minutes early and guess what, Everyone without an appointment went first than I and I waited for more than 30 minutes. This is ridiculous, coming back here?! Never again. Quest Diagnosis don't offer a service that you cannot provide.
Albeit I didn't have an appointment but the wait was too long. They have 7 stalls for blood draw but only have 3 phlebotomists working. Then 1 of the phlebotomists is up in the front desk instead of actually drawing blood. The woman who had to input info into the computer acted like everyone was bothering her.
Staff if super RUDE!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!
