This was 1. The nicest most kind lady that has ever drawn my blood. 2. Super informative, and had nice wisdom about Quest and my Function lab order. 3. Zero pain, and she even told me about a nice scrubs discount site for my mom (who is a nurse). 100 out of 10 stars. Need more people like at Quest Labs
