Two ladies in they were VERY unprofessional and had attitudes for nothing. They gave me a fax number to fax my orders to knowing the fax didn't work. The melanated woman acted as it was a problem to give me the fax number. Very snappy. I asked the Caucasian woman, why did they do that? She said "ion know" and kept walking like i wasn't there. I was skeptical about going to Quest because the Dr. told me it would be a long wait if I didn't schedule. I was late to my appointment and no near appointments were available on the app. The parking was tight at the Griffin location, but much to my surprise the location was EMPTY!! The checkin was by ipad, which I loved. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I don't want to forget to brag about the staff! Room 3 ROCKS! The place is so slow. What's the point in appointments if you have to still have to wait 30 minutes after your appointed time. And self check in kiosks are not very user friendly for seniors. I watch every last one of them struggle to use it.
