I wish I could give a 0. I work in the medical field as well and I can see past wait times, not answering phones etc. but I have never felt more violated and embarrassed in my life. So many phlebotomist have jacked my arms and veins up so I should be able to request a butterfly needle without being mocked, made fun of & her demanding she do the one she wanted to do while holding my arm down. I get my blood drawn frequently and I am so happy with the people who work there.
Very slow, techs having to multi task as plumber in the bathroom....waiting for over 1 hour. Will find a new place to go even if I have to pay.
Worst place to get blood work no matter if you have an appointment...
They are outstanding folks!! I have to go weekly & I am always treated well. The staff there are very professional.
