Everyone was great including the security guard at the front. The whole appointment only took about 5 minutes!
Just had a blood draw here and it was fast, easy, and super friendly and professional. I’d definitely go here again, all 3 people i encountered were very friendly. The woman who drew my blood was very quick, professional and friendly.
Absolutely ridiculous process. You can schedule without an order but if you go there they tell you cant get a test without paying out of pocket. Tell people this before. I waited 30 mins and ultimately got nothing done cause i have to go through my doctor. Employees also are horrible at understanding their process and how to use their website
I am terrified of needles, and I’ve never had a blood draw until today. I’ve been so anxious leading up to my appointment, and it was honestly one of the best healthcare experiences I have had. The technicians were so kind and accommodating. It did not hurt at all - if you are stressing out about a blood draw, don’t! These people made it so easy and I will definitely be coming back for my regular bloodwork.
I didn’t know getting blood work could be delightful until I was taken care of by Taiwanna today! She was the epitome of human kindness and sunshine. She also was incredibly accommodating and instructive when we found my lab order hadn’t arrived and I still made it out of the lab in less than 20 minutes. I sincerely hope Taiwanna is recognized for her exceptional service and the way she brightened my whole week!
