I came in near closing as a walk in and I’m so thankful Tywana squeezed me in. I have really hard veins to poke but she was able to get everything done so quickly. Thank you Tywana!!!
Plenty of parking, easy to find, immediately got taken back at my appointment time, the staff performed their worked well and efficiently
My phlebotomist was absolutely fantastic! He was self-assured, which reassured me. He was personable, balanced with a business-like efficiency. Most of all, he was so gentle and accurate finding my vein, that I did not cry, I have no prick mark, and no bruising!!! That is really saying something. I am very appreciative and grateful.
Wow, unprofessional greeting by security, who apparently have authority to ask about insurance?! Super long wait just to ask if my insurance covers the test. Absolutely ridiculous
I have nothing but great things to say about this location. My GPS brought me to the back of the building, stopped a guy loading his Quest van to ask where I should go in and he pointed me in the right direction, he was very friendly dispite my disrupting him working. Arrived in the waiting area and checked in at the kiosk. The front desk clerk was stellar to sit and chat with while I waited for my appointment, definitely helped to take my mind off the fact I had to pee!!!
