I usually go to Bustleton Ave. It is horrible there. So I tried Bluegrass location. The girls were nice, place was clean, & I was in and out in 5 min.
Tech did not wash hands or change gloves bt prior 3 pts. He had an attitude when I asked him to do so B4 sticking me.
Called to confirm my own appointment and was told that they had a room full of people and they could not deal with that right now. They incorrectly billed my insurance company NUMEROUS times even after several phone calls. They have made me never want to go to another Quest Diagnostics!
