I have had poor experiences with Quest before, in Los Angeles, but the office at 803 Locust in Philadelphia is even worse. Not because of the technicians, who were polite, efficient and professional. The reception area is too small and instead of a human receptionist there is a screen on a stand -- nearly blocking the entrance -- that one has to use. The process is confusing and difficult, as it asks to produce 3 separate cards and hold them up for photographing [front and back], and it doesn't work smoothly, frequently shut... read more
Tiny waiting room, but was in and out. Called right on time for my appointment - writing this review mainly to shout out the phlebotomist Mike who works there he’s amazing… pleasant guy, fun to talk to, very good at his job.. drew 13 tubes with 1 painless stick!
Like others, I came for my appointment today all to see that they're closed. This happened a couple weeks ago, but at least that time I got a text the night before saying they'll be closed the following day. This time though, nothing - I checked my call log, texts, and emails. Even got a reminder this morning from them, would've preferred if they told me they were closed so I didn't waste time getting there.
They closed today without any prior notice. I had to take time off, spent time on driving to this location to find that they are not working today. They could have sent a message/email/automated call about it, but the only thing I got was an automated reminder about my today’s appointment yesterday which is even more frustrating because they definitely have a technology to send those notifications
