Keke is the sweetest. Super helpful
This location is still CLOSED randomly. For whatever reason the online appointments allow you to select this location, but when you show up it is closed. Quest, please update your bookings! So many people take time out of their day for an appointment they end up needing to reschedule.
It’s been 2 times. I made appointment online. And on the day of your appointment, they cancelled it 2 hours prior.
Not sure why it takes 1.5 hours of sitting in a small lobby, no AC and 90 degrees just to get bloodwork done. Only one person was here with me waiting, they got serviced and I haven’t been helped since. “You’re gonna have to give us a second” is what I was told. Well, unfortunately for myself I’ve given you 5400 seconds already (1.5hrs). Not sure how much longer I can offer!
The casual cruelty of the people (one in particular) who work here is matched only by TSA agents
