Word of warning to those who suffer from vasovagal syncope or have a difficult time with blood draws. I went into this location and expected there to be an exam table, so I could lay down fully while getting my blood draw. There is no exam table at this location. The space is quite small, so they only have a blood draw chair that keeps you vertical. Also, after I asked if they had an exam table, the phlebotomist suggested I rebook at another location. Showed up early for an 8:10 appt and was called in 20 min early. Great job by the staff. Easy stick and out in 10 min. Great job!
Efficient, easy and comfortable; the Technician is great and I was in and out in just a few minutes. They also post results on their portal very quickly.
The employee in the first section was rude and unprofessional. She seemed overworked and burned out, which made the experience stressful. The space was not clean, and her dismissive attitude toward patients, especially those unfamiliar with procedures or who had questions, was disheartening. In contrast, the employee in the last section was very accommodating and pleasant. She did her best to help me work through the order confusion, and I appreciated her effort.
