Showed up early for an 8:10 appt and was called in 20 min early. Great job by the staff. Easy stick and out in 10 min. Great job!
Efficient, easy and comfortable; the Technician is great and I was in and out in just a few minutes. They also post results on their portal very quickly.
The employee in the first section was rude and unprofessional. She seemed overworked and burned out, which made the experience stressful. The space was not clean, and her dismissive attitude toward patients, especially those unfamiliar with procedures or who had questions, was disheartening. In contrast, the employee in the last section was very accommodating and pleasant. She did her best to help me work through the order confusion, and I appreciated her effort.
Writing for those who are wondering if the location is closed. I went for my lab/blood draw on August 5, 2025 and it wad open. I made an appointment via website (highly recommend) for 1:40pm. I arrived around 1:25pm and as soon as I checked in (it is pretty easy. Typing your name and scan your insurance card) I was called for the blood draw. It took about 10min overall and I left probably around 1:45-50pm. It was quick. I was worried if this place would be closed but I tried my chance to see. Hope this helps!
