If you plan to bring in a toddler make sure to ask for the older women. She was professional, understood that my daughter was a four year old and that she was scared, and she went above and beyond with putting a warm baggy on her arm to numb the area so that it wouldn't hurt as much. She also provided guidance on how to hold her arm so she wouldn't move. The only reason I am giving this place a 4 star is because of her. Scheduling is easy, and the staff are kind and courteous, which I genuinely appreciate. However, the wait time is consistently unacceptable. I’ve never been seen on time—not once—and I have to visit three to four times a year. The lobby is also a problem. There aren’t enough chairs, and the atmosphere feels more like a government health department than a place of care. When you're fasting, tired, thirsty, and hungry, the last thing you want is to sit and wait for over an hour past your scheduled appointment. It’s frustrating... read more
Sunny is a delight, he is professional and very friendly. He is gentle and knowledgeable.
Booked my appointment online, on a Saturday - Kiosk check-in was simple - The employee was friendly enough, and it was obvious they were very skilled at their job. (They only had ro poke me once!😁) Navigating the construction, to get to their facility was a little daunting, so maybe give yourself a little extra travel time.
