Attendant (Susan) was extremely helpful and entered all my tests by keyboard when my provider screwed up and sent it in blank.
This was my first time receiving care at a quest diagnostics. Check in was easy and I was seated and seen before my scheduled appointment time. My tech Michelle was kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. She verified name, dob, and where my labs were going. She also described what was going to happen.
WALKS INS NOT WELCOME!!! Don't advertise walk ins ... Appointment is absolutely required unless you have hours to sit in an 80F waiting room as people come and go ... At one time Friendly and competent
I had not used the internet appointment method before. It worked great. I printed the sheet at home with details and the code. Not sure the code was scanned when I used the paper in the waiting room. It seemed to. My name came up and the appointment time.
