The psychologist was friendly and down to Earth and a more diverse understanding than most. I got my appointment on a walk in and they pretty much got me right in
An employee called me to let me know that they had no more appointments for the day and I could come in ASAP which I really appreciated. They always have a lot of availability, I only have to wait in the lobby maybe 5 minutes before being seen. No issues with insurance, paperwork, or the blood draws themselves, and staff is very friendly.
My appointment check-in was easy, waiting time was good, and the entire process and customer service was professional, perfect, and professional🫵🫡
