Fast and efficient
I was worried about going to this Quest because of the bad reviews but I was extremely surprised. I had a great experience. I scheduled an apt on the link provided which was easy. I arrived there and waited about 10 minutes. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes total. The lady drawing my blood was very nice and attentive. I expressed my worries that I was nervous and she reassured me it would be fine. It did not hurt at all. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. NEVER recommend. Had an appointment for 11:40 am, checked in at 11:30 and wasn't called back until 12:30 pm. My ID was left by accident and no one bothered to call me. It wasn't until I was trying to check in for a proctored licensing exam 4 days later that I realized my ID was missing.
