My phlebotomist Sony was amazing. I hardly felt the poke. He was very professional and would ask for him every time.
Pros: (1) online scheduling is super easy and I love the convenience; (2) the phlebotomists are bomb and I rarely feel the poke; (3) results are generally back quickly. Cons: what moron decided that waiting patients wanted to listen to the endless dribble on the TV? It’s a constant AD for Quest and makes me want to say horrible nasty things every time I’m subjected to it. I didn't like checking in on a computer pad. I much prefer to see a human person. Otherwise, the appointment went great.
Be prepared for disorganized staff, equipment not working, and rude employees. I only came because they’re in network with my insurance. I’ll drive across town next time to avoid this disaster of a company.
I always have a very positive experience here. Other places have had difficulty getting blood out of me, but the phlebotomists here make the process quick and painless.
