I didn't like checking in on a computer pad. I much prefer to see a human person. Otherwise, the appointment went great.
Be prepared for disorganized staff, equipment not working, and rude employees. I only came because they’re in network with my insurance. I’ll drive across town next time to avoid this disaster of a company.
I always have a very positive experience here. Other places have had difficulty getting blood out of me, but the phlebotomists here make the process quick and painless.
All personal were very nice and patient!!!
