You are getting three stars because my previous experiences have been perfect. With that said........ My last appointment was scheduled for 730 AM. I was not taken into the room until 8:15 AM. The phlebotomist was all alone in the office. She stated two employees were no shows or late. She was amazing in keeping her cool and doing the best she could do.
