Awful experience to say the least. Where should I start? I came to this location with my 13 month old son who was in need of having labs drawn. I was aware that we would need to wait for 30 min to an hour or more simply depending on the scheduled appointments. There was several walk ins this day and what I wasn't aware of was the poor management and office staff at this facility. the check in process and blood draw are very efficient. I appreciate the expertise of the phlebotomists who draw my blood. They do their best to minimize my pain and discomfort.
In my personal opinion, calm and quiet and quick place to done your blood wrok, i normally use quest for my annual physical, and i used this location couple of time. Service is up to the Quest standards, patients handling is ok Neat and clean seating area, enough parking space. Thank you Tori for doing my blood draw nicely
