Walk in. Got me in and out in ten minutes
I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to take me shortly after I arrived. The lab techs were very nice and efficient. I have to do blood work once or twice annually for my Gastroenterologist and Question Diagnostics is my go to place to get it done.
They have the auto screen that acknowledges once you've checked in, and each lab tech has been nice every time I've visited. They are very professional and kind.
The lady interrupted me multiple times. She didn't allow me to ask any questions. Some of my tests will be performed in CA for one week. I said I need to check with my doctor. She said let's take the blood first and I agreed. Then both of the ladies laughed. They laughed at the customer! Stupid! Terrible!
