I liked my visit here and didn’t have any issue as other reviews stated. Fast and got the results in 24 hours. Staff were super nice and friendly. It’s easy to find the location, right at the first floor of upmc building. You gonna hear advertisements constantly, loud and very annoying. I hope they turn off that TV!!!

The woman who waited on me was pleasant and kind and very quick. She knew exactly what to do and I was done before I knew what was happening!
Registered for a drug test today. No notice of anything, I arrive at the site and there is a paper saying no “drug tests today, site is down”. Nobody comes outside to greet any of us or give directions. That’s after I called yesterday and they closed early at 12:30. You really should consider giving a notice to your clients.
