I used to visit between several different Quest locations based on availability, but I now go out of my way to go to this location. They’re always efficient and friendly, and today in particular, Latrice was a joy to chat with. She is also so skilled which made for a pain-free draw, which says a lot considering I have small and usually uncooperative veins!
I have a huge phobia of blood and Patrice listened to my needs and did everything perfectly. She was so kind and quick! Shout out to Patrice for being awesome.
Highly recommend this Quest location.
Nearly all Quests have staff that are rude, unprofessional, and act like your presence is the greatest inconvenience they have ever experienced in 40 long years. But this location takes the cake.
Long wait times. Dont come here without an appointment
