They have done a good job of drawing my blood the three times I've gone. Perhaps they have fixed the problems mentioned in the past negative reviews.
my appointment was at 9:30am. I got here about five mins early. As I was walking in, someone who didn’t have an appt was being told they needed to make one, yet got taken back and seen before me. It’s now almost 30 mins after my appt time and I’m STILL waiting. Idk what the point of an appt is if you don’t actually need one and will wait regardless. Melissa was absolutely wonderful. Very personable and friendly. She was also very gentle. I did not feel a thing.
