RecommendedWe had to take our son for blood work today. Sylvia and the other Phlebotomist that helped were nothing short of amazing. They took the time to have everything ready before hand and then worked together to keep him calm and distracted and get it done quickly. He is extremely difficult when it comes needles. The first time (Elkcam office) they took my boyfriend’s blood and then as we were leaving yelled to us saying that they actually couldn’t use it because the tube was expired. this location sucks monkey balls...went to drop off urine & stool specimens had my mom drop it off inside bcuz i am handicap and have difficulty walking and mom is elderly and not tech savvy and they told her to just sign in without helping her.
