With an appointment it was quick and easy. Technicians are very gentle and great at blood draws.
The staff was so kind and willing to see me earlier than what my appointment time was. This is the first time ever that I've had my blood drawn and not felt a lot of pain from the needle withdrawal. Shoutout to the nurse for that bc that's the worst part!
I just had a vitamin panel done with Ruby and she was absolutely wonderful. She had a delicate touch, needle barely hurt, and we chatted while the blood was being taken, which was a lovely distraction
Competent, kind, and warm phlebotomists. Easy check-in with no wait time if make appointment ahead of time. Can view results online. Parking in building is $3 but sometimes you can find street parking for free.
Thank you so much Ruby and all others of you. You’re testing team is crushing it, finishing up the process in record time with a side of excellent customer service!
