Staff is grossly under-educated regarding insurances - down to not knowing what an "advantage plan" is or whether (after showing them my Medicare card), you are on Medicaid or Medicare. They were insulting, ignorant, and very unprofessional. In the end, because they did not know whether my insurance would pay for a routine blood test nor did they care to find out--I just left.
