I went to Quest for blood work and usually hate getting my blood drawn, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The self check-in was super easy and I was called back in under 5 minutes. Bonnie was the one who drew my blood and she was amazing. She was funny, sweet, and kept me laughing the whole time, which really helped calm my nerves. I’ve never actually walked out of a blood draw feeling good, and that was 100% because of her. Someone please show me where this website says employees quit working on Fridays at 4:40pm instead of 5:00pm as listed on this website at the Southpark location??? And by the way, “NUH UH, we don’t take blah blah, is NOT an appropriate greeting for any customer at any time of the day no matter if it is past your “Friday cutoff” for drop offs. Absolutely nothing wrong with the Quest location itself: more so the company- If you self-purchase tests, quests will basically let a third party company reach out to you to inform you of those results, likely in hopes to purchase physician consultations from them. So clearly if this company has my test results, Quest is capable of posting them to my account, but they have not. There's not even a human being up at the front. It's just a kiosk and I walked in like 2 or 3 minutes late and it made me reschedule my entire appointment. There was nobody with any discretion or any brain sitting up front to actually make any kind of decisions. Even though the whole lobby was pretty much empty. Quest diagnostics used to be a better company. I worked there probably 20 years ago. Then I got to say I'm really disappointed in the way it is now
50 minute wait for a scheduled blood draw appointment. Understaffed and overbooked office. Quest, stop booking more appointments than can be handled in a timely manner. Staff is kind. Not their fault corporate allows this many appointments.
