Josh is a talented phlebotomist! We moved away from the area, but I came back to this location just for Josh to do my blood draw. He's the best and I've been a pin cushion for many years now needing multiple blood tests a year. If anyone from Quest reads this, please for the love of our hearing turn down the volume on the TV in the waiting area! Thank you to Josh for being a true professional!
The Quest Website which I typically use to schedule my appointment said there were no appointments within any locations of 50 miles of me. I went to my usual location in South Park Business Center, Littleton, and was able to do a walk-in appointment within about 10 or 15 minutes. The lady that handled the blood draw was very good.
NO customer service - nobody answers the phone or addresses clients in the waiting room. Over 20 mi. Late for a scheduled appointment
The PSC was very nice and the Phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Not like my experience with the other major lab in Denver.
