Farhia (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) was wonderful! She was such a joy to be around and did a great job with one quick stick and nailed that vein!
The collection nurse arrived to the clinic at 7:09 am, when the clinic states they open at 7:00 am. There were 3 of us waiting at the door for service. 1 with appointment and 2 walk ins. Over the previous 2 weeks I have diligently checked for morning appointments as I am only in town 2 weeks of the month and zero morning appointments are available at this location. It was a very convenient location and the check in process was easy and was able to be seen right away and get my laps done. Extremely happy with everything.
Melissa is fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure my samples were processed correctly and on time. Please note this location is inside of Safeway. Easy appointment, just one poke- no bruising! A discrete and painless process.
