I am at various Quest locations nearly daily dropping off labs for my company. Tawny (spelling?) was working today and she was the absolute kindest Quest employee I have met in the last couple of years. So patient, kind, and went out of her way to help me when I had a lab printer issue. Hang onto her!:)
I can’t believe how horrible the customer service is here, along with the the 1-2 hour wait times you can just here the girls chatting and laughing in the back while everyone waits, I have no clue how they can possibly work so slow ridiculous do your self a favor and never come here
The lady was very kind and helpful. The waiting room was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Safeway Quest for testing.
Usually it’s a good experience here but came in for blood work and they were fully booked. They need multiple people working here because if your a walking your not getting seen whatsoever on fridays which was kinda BS sat there for an hour and the lady wouldn’t even talk to anyone at all. When the lobby filled up with all appointments I left. I have endometriosis and was in a lot of pain kinda pist me off that they wouldn’t even let people know beforehand just not to come in placing a sign on the door that says no walk ins ... read more
