Having read the previous comments from several years ago, I was very hesitant about going to the Lake Elsinore location, so I went to the Quest Diagnostics in Wildomar off Clinton Keith, only to find they had closed the business. It would be nice it they removed it from their locations including the phone # which is not active. I went to the Lake Elsinore office on Mission Trail and found it to be very nice and accommodating. In case anyone thinks things may have improved since CQF2000 (2008 reviewer) was sent to this dungeon - they have not. I had almost the same experience there myself in 2014! I have to wonder how many victims there were in the years between.
First of all the front desk nurse was very blunt and did not show compassion for those who used their services. Secondly the skill that the phlebotomist that took my blood was HORRIBLE!! She had to stick me twice, once in my right arm and once in my left arm. She stuck the needle so far in my right arm that I felt it hit deep muscle and a sharp pain to which I reacted involuntarily by touching her right hand. She then replied “Don’t touch me”.
