Friendly office staff. The technician took me in right on time and I was out of the office in ten minutes. Smooth and easy experience.
This was my second visit to Quest Diagnostics, and once again, it was a smooth experience.I had a quick and easy test—the process was well-organized. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, and upon arrival, I checked in using their system. Shortly after, a staff member called me in for the test.The staff was professional and made the process comfortable by clearly explaining what to expect. Really appreciate their calm and friendly approach. Overall, a hassle-free and efficient visit!
Confused about my place there as an employee
The nurse drawing my blood was excellent. She explained what she was doing and I didnt feel a thing when she drew the 3 viles of blood.
