Kripsis went above and beyond to make my lab experience one of the best ever. I have a diagnosis that requires quarterly visits and yesterday will be one of my most memorable. From her initial greeting, Kripsis was nothing short of delightful and informing. She politely directed me to the room and confirmed which tests I wanted completed. I highly recommend this lab. The service is excellent, the PSR Kripsis was very professional and friendly, the facility is very clean, and they work very efficiently.
Once I found your office, my visit went fine. Bldg was tricky to find, as I'd not been there before. Now that I've been there, it should be easy to locate from now on. A Quest lab closer to my home (5674 River Heights Crossing SE, Marietta, GA 30067-4877) would be nice. For the past several years, I used a lab located in a Walgreens store on Lower Roswell Rd in Marietta, but I don't believe that was a Quest lab.
