I had a walk in and the staff was not only friendly but helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best labs I’ve been to. Can easily be busy though

Terrible customer service. Signing up for an appointment is all computerized and confusing. Then entering Quest for the appointment is just as frustrating - you sign in with your ID at a machine and zero receptionist or anyone who can help. The interior office door opens only to call in the next patient. The waiting rooms are uncomfortable (in both Quest locations I visited). I would never choose Quest if I had the option to have testing done elsewhere.
No parking
I was in and out of my appointment within five minutes. I appreciate being able to check in from my phone. I was accepted to my appointment early since I was able to check in as I arrived. My nurse was very supportive and walked me through the process.
