This place runs like a well-oiled machine. The whole staff is SUPER kind, professional, and quick. They run on time - they have great attitudes and make a less-than-fun experience as pleasant as it can be!
Very efficient - I was in and out so quickly I didn’t even have to pay for parking. Super friendly and professional team.
I was told I could drop off a specimen at any quest no problem. Well, now I am told I need an appointment. In this location they have everyone locked out in a little claustrophobic room with a little tablet to check in. The only way to even ask questions is to sit there until a nurse comes to get someone. Not to mention the kit I was given to collect the sample had no instructions at all. If my doctor tells me to use their service again I will certainly refuse.
Online scheduling was easy. The staff were so nice, professional and helpful. I did my check in on my phone, and that was so easy. The phlebotomist's stick was nothing. I barely felt a thing. I was in and out. Perfect experience.
