Sharon Jones was great! She didn't rush me but got me in & out of the office quickly. She went above and beyond with her customer service. The needle prick didn't hurt a bit! She loves what she does & it is reflected in the attention she provides to her clients. I utilized the Quest App for scheduling my appointment & experienced a speedy check-in (from my cell phone). I love how I'm able to see all my lab results in the app as soon as they're available. I highly recommend!
My appointment was at 1:30 and I was not seen until 2pm. At first i thought it took a while but there was only 1 lady working, when the second one clocked in the line went fast. Very sweet ladies and very fast in and out.
Booked my appointment online for 1030, and arrived about 10 min early. Gabby called me back within minutes of my arrival. Gabby was very friendly, professional, and accurate. I was done and out the door in about 5 min. I will definitely use Quest Athens in the future for any procedure they can accommodate.
The first visit we had for my daughter’s blood work the lady was super sweet and kind. The second appointment was to just drop off a sample the lady before had said to just call so I did just that but of course you cannot speak to an actual person, no big deal. So I pull in to drop off this sample and there are no signs and/instructions as to what to do and obviously no one sitting at the front desk just a kiosk. The ypung lady who drew my blood was absolutely wonderful! Kind and friendly! Didn't leave a bruise. A great experience!
