I tried to schedule an appointment. When I tried to use the website to schedule an appointment it wouldn’t load. I called the number to set one up and spent 20 minutes talking to an ai. I finally set up the appointment and when I arrived there and tried to check in I couldn’t find my appointment at all. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seen. Horrible customer service. They don’t even bother having someone at the front desk.
Easy appointment schedule system! Waiting time short. And Wendy is so nice 😊 she took care of my lab order and call my doctor’s office for some more information needed.

I read the reviews and I called and made my appointment. I got here ten minutes as they suggested and I was seen on time. Sha’ron was very nice and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable when she drew my blood. I don’t like needles but she was so professional. Thank you Quest and Thank you Sha’ron.
From the sign in on the Kiosk until I was told Goodbye was all about under 30 minutes. Although quick, very efficient! She answered questions I had and asked and made me feel comfortable when doing the stick! This place was clean and I would recommend anyone who needs blood work or specimen collected to go here!
