I arrived right at 8:40 for my 8:40 appointment. I was seen at 9:35 (55min wait), in which time, maybe 3 total patients were seen. My appointment lasted 3min. What's the point of an appointment slot, if it's not even close to being honored? Why can't appointments be prioritized by length? It's clear some tests take much longer; why not have the simple blood draw patients in/out first? My time was not respected. Great customer service! The phlebotomist was amazing, I am a hard person to get blood from and she hit it the first time!
