Great staff at this location!!!. Customer support on the phone could use some improvement. long wait times and confusion as to connection a test purchased on the Quest website to my actual appointment seemed complicated and unnecessarily complicated.
I visited Quest's Athens location and Gabby was my tech. I have used Quest for many years and the service has always been fast, friendly, courteous and professional. I dread being stuck and they always take the dread away. Thanks!
The registration was easy and quick and I immediately received confirmation that I was all set. Sequoia did a nice job drawing the blood - with minimal pain in the stick. The entire procedure was fast and all was done professionally.
