Whoever was working today either hates her job or was having a rough day! I was having trouble with the kiosk so I asked for assistance and was greeted with probably the worst customer service skills ever. I was told I can’t be seen for months due to how busy they are, which is understandable, but ultimately I felt like an inconvenience. I was literally told I shouldn’t bother coming back, and now I won’t! Highly recommend Labcorp, they were KIND.
****EMPLOYERS BEWARE**** This lab is the absolute WORST!! I now have had two separate employers (I do travel contracts) use this lab. The first time they claimed to have “never received” my sample then it mysteriously appeared the next day. Then I was told my sample was “tampered with”. I provided a second sample and ONE MONTH LATER they finally produced results. Currently I am waiting on results for a test I provided on 7/28 AND a rapid screen that I provided 8/6. Horrible place... Appointment was at 7:50am and I told the older lady 3 times my Dr. Needed the results stat. She seemed like she did not know what she was doing. Before I walked out I asked her are you sure my Dr will receive the results today she confirmed and said yes. I waited until noon that day and nothing. I called the main number where they told me that my orders where on hold. I asked what does that mean she said that something went wrong and I have to go back in so they can re draw my blood but that'll will be call... read more
