Extremely unprofessional and distressing experience — will never return I prepaid for a test on Quest Diagnostics’ website, booked an appointment, and arrived on time. The first nurse who came out was shockingly rude — she had a harsh, smoky, almost masculine-sounding voice and from the start made the interaction hostile. Well apparently I didn't actually have an appointment since when I got there the door to LabCorp was locked and there was a sign that said temporarily closed, go to LabCorp at Porter. Someone in the building told me that's been happening for at least a few months now where people show up thinking they have an appointment. Perhaps you should stop making appointments on your website and maybe even put notice on your website that you're closed until further notice.
Shout out to Daniel at Quest!!! It’s rare that someone finds my vein on the first try and he did! Appt was at 11 and I was leaving the office by 11:02! Super quick & easy process.
the lady was very nice I had a 930 when visiting you need a drivers liscense your cards with health information they have a kiosk that takes the info and scans and the technician who took my blood didn't poke me a bunch of times she did a great job Christine gonzales
