Quest Is good company Daniel is kind and knowledgeable
I just came to drop off a specimen and you had to solve the escape room like puzzle to get to see a human. In case any one needs to figure out the cheat code for this is the help icon on the screen. Calling the phone number didn't help it's own kind of puzzle no human at the end of the maze.
Quick and easy and fast
It was a great visit. The same gentleman has been there for the last 2 yrs and I liked that. And in and out quickly and I am hard to get blood drawn but it was quick.
I was going to give this a one star review because of the young lady who refused to take my sample at 7:40 this morning simply because I didn't have my insurance card with me. She put rules over people. I have been a customer of Quest Diagnostics for 30 years and she said there was no way to look me up....hmmmm...I went back home and got my new 2025 insurance card.
