It seems great if you have an appointment. They have no real system for walk ins. Do not go here as a walk in!!!! Chairs in waiting room are uncomfortable.
Checked in for an appointment through functional health. Check-in at the kiosk was easy. I had an early morning appointment and was taken in within 5 minutes. The tech Angel was friendly and did a great blood draw. Everything looked clean and organized. I found parking on the street but they also have garage parking. No complaints here!
The workers there were fantastic and working as fast as possible. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and the phlebotomist I had was very good. With that said they need to hire more staff. I had a 1:40 appointment and was not seen until 2:00 when there were only 2 appointment people for my time slot. Part of the problem is these poor phlebotomists were constantly interrupted by walk ins people who were asking dumb questions. Bad service. Always short on ppl. Very rude. They always take forever. Whether you have an appointment or do a walk in be prepared to stay for hours. If I could give them 0 stars I would’ve. They need costumer service classes. They should probably shut down the La Jolla Location.
