When doing the blood sample, the needle has damaged my arm nerve. It makes my hand feel tingling and numb. I can't stretch my arm or I will feel extreme pain in my arm and hand.

I visited quest diagnostics on Genesee on 6/16/2025 for a handful of labs offered through Function Health. My wallet slipped out of my back pocket while sitting in the draw chair. Upon realizing its absence when returning to my car, I retraced my steps back to the lab and asked my phlebotomist if she recovered a wallet in the room in between exchanging patients (please note that draw chairs are supposed to be cleaned in between patients, so it should be obvious). I visited quest diagnostics on Genesee on 6/16/2025 for a handful of labs offered through Function Health. The lab failed to perform all the tests requested for my panel, neglecting the urine sample. Additionally, my wallet slipped out of my back pocket while sitting in the draw chair. Absolutely the worst. All I had to do was drop off a sample. Paperwork was all done ahead of time. Sample was labeled and ready to go. But no... they said I had to check in and wait until after all the appointments were done. I've been here 45 min to drop off and I still have not been seen. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Oh and don't forget, the car park charges a ridiculous amount.
