DO NOT COME WITHOUT APPOINTMENT! I waited 2 hours as a walk-in to get called up. Rude staff, no urgency, big line. Seriously cannot stress how unorganized this place is. It should NOT take that long. They are NOT short staffed and have several rooms. If you do find yourself there without an appointment, ask if there is one available same day (the machine allows appointments not available on website) and come back. You are being charged in 15 min intervals for parking and no parking ticket validation at lab.
Make that 0 stars. Was unable to make an appointment and am still sitting here waiting to be seen 3 + hours after walking in when they opened at 7:00 am. What an antiquated process.
I had an appointment and was taken in right away. The person who was gonna draw my blood was Candy and she tried to figure out some issues that was with my insurance and payment. She was very professional, kind and caring. She drew the blood from my hand as I requested it and she did an excellent job. I had a great experience overall.
Seriously waited for almost 3 hours. The ladies here are super ineffeicient.
Avoid this trash place unless you want to waste your money and time! Cannot make appoint in system and end up with long waitlist. Stuff is extremely slow and unfriendly. Waste 3 hours and parking fee.
