Don’t come in unless you had book an appt if you come as walk in don’t expect to been seen. The nurses will only take you as walk in if someone else misses their appt so If they are available earlier and have 10/20min extra in their hands to see someone they still wont see you they will just be in their room waiting for the next appt instead of getting the walk in patients they will let you wait 2/3hrs and I’m not exaggerating unfortunately.
Very bad service. I waited for a long time and no one came to help me. The employees were just standing around, wasting time instead of assisting patients. The staff were rude, disrespectful and Awful. I wish I could give you zero star!
We have been waiting for an hour in the wait list and no one helps for. It is too long and just wasting time. Need one day sitting to get your blood work done. We got out with no service. It is terrible and Awful service and staff too.
Absolutely the worst!! Scripps and Labcorp are a breeze, with and without an appt. This place is an utter show from start to finish. I had an appt, but the parking is a nightmare. Trying to find the suite 180, an employee said its upstairs. Elevators take two business days to move a single floor, so I took the stairs. Once up on the first floor (yes it’s actually a floor UP from ground) I had to go through ALL of the hallways because there wasn’t a single sign directing which way the suite might be. Terrible experience. Will never be coming back here. No street parking, parking fee in the lot was in the lot is an arm and a leg. I was 15 minutes late and they wouldn’t let me check in. I was given the option to take an appt slot or enter the standby queue. I picked the appt option and was told I couldn’t be seen until 5 minutes before the appointment (2.5 hours away) and they couldn’t switch me back to standby. Staff was rude and was giving me mixed information when I arrived.
