Katelyn has a magic touch! I didn't feel the needle at all, and she was professional and gentle. I was seen right away for my scheduled appointment. The only downside was finding the lab, the building felt like a labyrinth! It took some asking around to find Quest and then find my way back to my car. But once I found it, Katelyn made the whole experience practically painless. Five stars!

Candy drew my blood and she was super nice. It didn’t hurt a bit and she got all 3 tubes. She was cool and collected even with a full waiting room. Awesome!!!
This place SUCKS! If was hard to find and no clear marking on what floor it’s on when you get off the elevator! So when I finally found it, the place looked like it was closed!!! I tried to open the door and it seemed locked so I went to the dr office around the corner and she said it was hard to open!!! Grrrr by the time I got there it was 7:40 and my appointment was at 7:30 and they told me you missed it by 10 minutes so you have to make another appointment!!!
Candy was a delight. I had a very easy time doing my testing. Parking here however is horrific. If you have the ability to walk a block or two park over by La Jolla Country Day near the police station. It's free for 2 hours and not a total maze.
