Hey, Quest Diagnostics at 6467 Alvarado Ct., Ste. 205, San Diego, CA 92120, where are my lab results? You drew my blood on September 3, 2019, but never sent the results to my doctor. Now I've learned that you've since moved out of this location, leaving no forwarding address. Quest Diagnostics' parent company swears they never had a lab at this location. I'd really like to know what's up with that. 😡😡😡
