RecommendedI had to come in Monday the 18th of March. It was short notice and they worked with me very well. I saw a different Dentist today and she was very polite and treated me well and put all my options out there. But BIG BIG kudos to Justine. She was very relaxing and easy going. She had some good jokes, she spoke to me like she’s known me for a long time. She was fantastic.
Wife visited this office to get some work done. Provided insurance information and received an estimate. Based upon that estimate, we chose them. However, months after the work was completed a bill showed up for $100 more than agreed. Apparently this was because they based the estimate on 2017 reimbursement rates, not 2018 (which was admitted to her by the receptionist). I DO NOT recommend this office due to their billing practices and lack of transparency.
Never again. Be sure to read the estimate and ask lots of billing questions.
I was petrified of dentists from past dentists. Dr Mattiacio and his hygienists made me feel so comfortable. Never switch dentists. I have a bad gag reflex and they are so patient with me with X-rays.
Dr. Mike and his staff are very impressive and professional group if your looking for a new dentist this is the place to go
The staff is professional and personable. Been going here for years and recommend them to everyone.
