Under new management, our leasing staff Armeshia & Shameka (not sure how to spell their names) but they are amazing & professional !! Sometimes it's the smallest things that mean it alot to the community. Every time I walk in or someone walks in we're ALWAYS greeted with a hello, goodmorning, or afternoon AND with a smile. Not much goes on to complain about besides the few/regular unhoused people that sneak into the building oh and the car break ins have stopped...

My friend lives here and I was really concerned about the activity going on there, but they've done a great job getting the place safe and making it a place for the residents to call home.

I want to start with saying that the apartment lay out is nice when it comes to the units the only good thing about them. These apartments is just Disgusting and filthy once you’re outside of your unit every day someone takes a poop on the stairs or you will see throw up or blood. This is a BIG hazard for people who have kids. The property manager doesn’t walk the building to see the problem. The elevator always have urine. Ever since the previous landlord left , this building has not been up to par. Homeless keep peeing and dookying in the stair case, computer room been down for 4 months and still not open, neighbor roaches crawling through the vents and nobody done anything about it but I put in a complaint. It’s a BIG difference from last year!
