They are a terrible management company!!! They allow street walkers to access the hallways and stairways of the apartments!! They have no security cars are broken into over 5 times inside the gated access area!!! They refuse to do anything to help secure the building!!!!
my car has been broken in 3 times and stolen once , property can’t do anything about it . it’s been multiple times where EVERYONE in the complex windows have been bussed out and no one is doing anything about it. i have asked to get referred to a sister property or something and no one has even gotten back to me ! the doors that are suppose to require a card to get in?? ARE BROKEN . leaving the cars easy to access
The apartment complex I have had the misfortune of residing in for three years is undoubtedly the worst I have encountered. Regrettably, I have experienced two instances of my car being broken into and windows being vandalized. Currently, the office staff is inaccessible. Last month, management offered a late rent payment option due to the window damage, but I have consistently paid rent on time and prefer not to utilize this offer.
