The braiders are not permanent. I didn't get the quality work on the second time as I did the first time. For the same style the owner wanted $50 more suggesting that the first time braiders under charged me. I attempted to go elsewhere, she assured me that she would give me the same style for the same price. Instead she made my boxes bigger in the back and didn't braid my hair down far enough leaving me with extra hair. She left before the job was completed to prevent me from expressing my findings.

They charged me $100 for a natural hair style. For some reason it was originally more, but I had to negotiate it to have them reduce the price. Not only is it not a $100 natural hair style, but I also came with it washed, conditioned, blow dried, and detangled. So why it was $100 when all they had to do was braid it I have no idea. I can’t even say maybe the products they used added to the price because the only product they used was braid gel to braid it. My service was On time the salon was clean . the 2 women that did My hair were polite & professional I absolutely loved my hair it came out better than I expected I will definitely return it's a yes for me highly recommended
