Dr. Mo and all of the staff were very lovely . I just wish that some things had been explained to me a bit better. Often I felt like they were understaffed and overbooked during my treatment. After 1.5 years of Invisalign I was talked into getting braces and ended up having them on for 6 months when it was only meant to be 2 weeks. I felt pressured into getting braces, maybe it was quicker and easier than ordering more aligners.
