I am horrified by the way you treated an African American family that was shopping at your store getting ready to purchase a hat and other items. That is absolutely horrific. The man in his 40s or 50s with short cropped hair who did this he had a Farsi accent, should be fired. And you need to have bias training for the entire store. Unacceptable!
