I do no live here and I’ve never shopped here, but I just watched a disturbing video that demonstrated some serious racism by the owner against a black family whose daughters were trying on clothing and hats. He removed the hats and clothing from the young girls and asked the family to leave with no explanation. Their father was hurt and respectfully frustrated. It was very sad to me and I would never do business here as a result :_(
I do not live in the bay area, but the video says enough of your ignorance towards people who were there to shop.
RecommendedThe owners followed me and my wife are ND the store as if we were going to steal something yet he saw me pull in 2018 Jaguar XLS (85k) well dressed and was very polite and NOT once did anyone greet us or ask if we need help ......Yet they started and followed us ....TO BAD the missed out on $$$$$$ ..... NEVER AGAIN WILL I or my friends or co-workers shop here THATS A PROMISE!!
I'm a Bay Area native, and blatant racism does not fly here in the Bay Area. Quest Casual will soon be out of business. We are about diversity and being inclusive to all.

They need to do better with customer service.

I hope everyone who reviewed here on fb goes on Yelp, Google and the BBB to leave the same information. I can't explain the pain and anger I feel, these people feel entitled to treat black people like shit and nothing is being done about it. Bring his business down through social media.
