Dating back to the late 1700s, the Quentin Tavern Restaurant Bar & Deck of Quentin, Lebanon, PA was originally built as a Manor house of a large estate associated with either the Penn or Coleman Families. In the 1840s, the Manor house was converted into a tavern and restaurant for those traveling the Great Conestoga Road, and the Forbes Road. My daughter lives in the area and introduced me to the Tavern. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Even something as simple as a salad with shrimp was somehow fabulous! The servers are pleasant, and I will return again next time I am in the area!
