The receptionists are terrible at their job. It took months to set up an appointment and even then, they messed it up. Twice, I've been given appointments that nobody apparently wrote down. I showed up to the office and was told that I didn't have an appointment. If I hadn't had it written on a business card (in their handwriting) I think that they would have blamed me. To say that they're idiots is putting it lightly. The doctor's themselves seem capable and nice though.
He has been my cardiologist since 1994 and I could not be happier. I consider him more then just my cardiologist, but also a dear friend.
Great office personnel and a fantastic doctor. I've only seen him once but my wife and I left his office impressed with how thorough he was. I see him tomorrow to review my test results.
Amazing physician...listens patiently to your reason for seeing him, thoroughly runs necessary testing, explains all processes completely, great bedside manner, courteous and professional always! I see him and take my 77 year old mother who has a pacemaker to see him and I highly recommend him to all!
Dr Dickey is one of the most kind and caring doctors I've ever met. He has always taken the time to listen to me and explain things so that I understand them he never rushes me... he truly cares for his patients. I could not see putting my Hearts health in anybody else's hands and I have been seeing Dr Dickey for about 5 years or so.
Dr. Dickey has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is very caring and professional. He is a great listener and explains what he is seeing. He is not a pill pusher. He made suggestions to me about how to be healthier. He truly cares.
Very knowlegable very thorogh and gets things done in a timely fashion. He also has an excellent bedside manner and is an excellent communicator
