Dr. Quel's office's primary motivation is to be able to charge insurance companies $800 for you to see him for 15 mins of a rushed analysis. Because of this you will have to visit unnecessarily many many times. The staff is extremely rude. I requested my test results be sent to me and they insist I make an appointment. They have withheld my results for almost a year until I reached out for advice and they told me it was my right to have my records and results sent to me.
