I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon with Jamilah. I came in for a silk press and haircut, and despite showing multiple photos of what I wanted, the end result was a disaster. Jamilah never once mentioned that I didn't have the hair density to achieve the look I was aiming for, but instead assured me she could deliver. What I walked out with looked NOTHING like the style I requested, and to make matters worse, I was charged extra for it! My first visit to the QueenStylista hair salon. What a wonderful experience. I was warmly greeted with beautiful smiles and professionalism from all staff. My stylist, the infamous Sheena, is everything I thought and more. She cares about your hair and she SLAYS your hair. I was so excited to be there and so enjoyed every moment because moments matter. This place is amazing! You will not be disappointed by no means. I highly recommend this place. I wear a pixie cut and it looks amazing, EVERY TIME I COME to receive services.
