I needed a state safety inspection. I tried calling several times but could never get through. No answering service, No one manning the phone apparently. I finally drove down there and found someone who told me I didn't need an appointment and directed me to drive in the bay. I got out of the car and looked around and found the little hole in the wall office. I went inside and said I was there for a safety inspection.
