We viewed this apartment about a month ago, very nice and clean, but when we went to send all our documents, it took the property manager a long time to get back to me and when she did she said " Based on the information I have at present, I do not believe your application would be successful. I wanted to confirm my suspicion with my Manager before I got back to you – and she agrees, your application will most likely not be approved. the worse management I have ever witnessed Michelle would rather smoke pot then do any work the building is falling down and her and Gwen want to raise the rent sad sad sad
Now owned by QResidential for the last year, and they have done great with this place! It's absolutely a great building, quiet, clean, lots of resident events, and a nice lounge with kitchen to rent if you're having a family get together. Don't have to go far to workout, save those gym membership fees. Great place to call home!
