I recently visited Queensland X-Ray at QEII Hospital with my elderly father for radiography screening, and I would like to recognise the wonderful team who looked after us. I was particularly impressed by Mark, Ryan and Adelaide. All three were professional, patient and caring, making sure my father was comfortable and properly looked after throughout the process. I had a CT scan done at QEII and the whole experience was fantastic. I had to get an IV contrast injection for the scan which I was terrified about as I am extremely afraid of needles and having a cannula in. Micheal (the staff member) was super understanding, extremely patient and never once pressured me to get the injection. He put up with me freaking out with no judgement.
