Terrible customer service! I was moving out and I went to put the items in my storage unit and it was completely covered in three feet of snow which had apparently been pushed into my side of the facility. Not being able to get into my unit because it was completely blocked off I called the manager and asked if they could have it removed. He then told me he would call back and after waiting for an hour he calls back and tells me it isn't his problem and if I didn't like it that I could go use another storage unit. Best I've seen! I have moved a great deal over the past 14 years. Queensgate storage has proven to be the best storage unit I have worked with. They met me at a moment's notice to lease a unit, the young woman they have working there was delightful and with the automation they have incorporated into their billing, I never have to write checks. AND, they give me a discount for making things easy for me! Incredible.
