Please avoid Dr. Kaveri for any and all serious issues. His terrible medical advice seriously affected my family member's health over the long term.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this clinic operates. They are completely unorganized and seem more focused on making money than caring for patients. I had taken my mother, who is not a resident of Canada, for a follow-up appointment. Since we pay out of pocket, the visit cost us $95. Our appointment was booked for 10:45, yet we had to wait until 12:45 just to see the doctor and discuss the lab results. Flippant staff, belligerent, we came because we were told urgent care could help, we were instead yelled at for coming in for an urgent walk-in regarding medication. These people are not here to help whatsoever, it sounds like they despise their jobs, and wish to take out their frustration out on their clients.
I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medical clinic. After repeatedly asking for my own test results — which I have every right to access — this walk-in clinic suddenly refused to book me for any future appointments. No explanation, no professionalism, just outright refusal to provide care. This is unacceptable and unethical. Patients should not be punished for advocating for their own health. If you value transparency, respect, and basic patient rights, avoid this place at all costs
