I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medical clinic. After repeatedly asking for my own test results — which I have every right to access — this walk-in clinic suddenly refused to book me for any future appointments. No explanation, no professionalism, just outright refusal to provide care. This is unacceptable and unethical. Patients should not be punished for advocating for their own health. If you value transparency, respect, and basic patient rights, avoid this place at all costs
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Queen’s Urgent Care Clinic. I’ve been relying on them for over 10 years, and they never fail to impress. The doctor is an absolute Godsend , showing not just expertise but genuine compassion and kindness. The staff is equally amazing—always welcoming, efficient, and friendly. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. If you need urgent care or a family doctor, this is the place to go!
